The first visit will be approximately 2 months before your expected due date (EDD), where we will get to know one another, I will assist you in creating your birth plan and understanding your options, go through your birth goals with you, and answer any questions you may have.
The second visit will be approximately one month before your EDD where we will go over comfort measures, a list of what to bring, how to prepare for the hospital, and signs to look out for when going into labor.
